The Process

Soft silicone is moulded into raised or recessed shapes. Badge is heat-applied to the product.

Advantages

• Suitable for Sportswear, outdoor gear, backpacks, headwear.
• 3D tactile effect.
• Flexible, waterproof, and washable.

Limitations

• Cannot achieve extremely fine details.

Artwork Requirements

• It is a requirement that artwork is supplied in vector outline format.
• Minimum line thickness: 0.4mm.
