Branded Products has 2 offices in China and gives us direct access to a wider range of customisation options that go beyond what is typically available locally. This includes the ability to produce bespoke items with larger branding areas, unique materials, and tailored sizes or packaging solutions to meet your exact specifications. In addition to enhanced creative flexibility, offshore production also allows for greater cost efficiency thanks to our manufacturing partnerships established over the last 25 years.

Receive a comprehensive proposal outlining product details, decoration options and pricing
Once you have accepted our proposal our production team will take the next steps to ensure your products are delivered on time and to specification
We will provide artwork approval to ensure all your requirements are met prior to production. Custom-made products produced offshore pre-production sample images will be supplied for approval, a physical pre-production sample can be supplied, this will add a couple of weeks to the timeline.
Our team carefully manages production, tracks progress and deadlines and full quality checks before your order is despatched from our warehouse.
We will notify you by email when your order is despatched and can provide tracking details upon request.
Caps & Hats: Rather than being limited to standard embroidery or digital transfers on locally stocked caps, our China office can produce caps featuring woven badges, intricate 3D embroidery, internal branding (such as custom taping and printed linings), branded underbills, sublimation printed designs, custom tags and labels, and even full retail packaging complete with stickers. This creates a high end, retail quality finish that elevates your brand presence.
Bags: While local printing is often restricted to around ¾ of the bag’s surface, our China production facilities offer full edge-to-edge printing. We can also add woven labels, swing tags, internal pockets, and custom zippers. Bags can be assembled and packed as sets, perfect for gifting or events.
Plush Toys: There is an extensive range of plush toys available ex stock locally, however, we can create a unique plush character for your brand or mascot.
Start by creating full 3D images of your character (every side), select size, colours and materials.
Select your banding, print or embroidery on a t-shirt or on the character, add custom tags or packaging.
We will supply our quote with visuals.
A prototype will be made for your approval before proceeding with full production.
We regularly attend trade shows in China and Hong Kong allowing us to see innovative products and strengthen relationships with our supply partners. We also conduct regular factory visits to assess new items, manufacturing practices, and ensure adherence to our ethical and sustainability standards, thereby supporting our commitment to responsible sourcing and continuous improvement.
Branded Products® qualified as a member of PPAI (Promotional Products Association International) enabling our staff to attend trade shows in the US each year to keep up with trends. More importantly we have established relationships with supply partners and manufacturers enabling us to offer a larger range of product and colour options but with MOQ’s less than producing through factories in China with shorter lead times for delivery
Made in Europe is the mark of quality and prestige when it comes to design and manufacture.
If our client’s budget and timeline allow product Made in Europe or supplied and decorated out of Europe is a viable alternative depending on your individual requirements.
Local Supply – Australia and New Zealand
Branded Products® as a member APPA (Australasian Promotional Products Association) has established supply partners who are also members of APPA. By working with these supply partners, we can be assured of their same level of commitment to integrity, ethics, sustainability and quality of product and decoration. Product on our website is stocked by our supply partners ensuring product and branding can be supplied at short notice.
We are also able to source product, branding and packing from manufacturers within Australia as not all product required can be “off the shelf”.
Made is Australia does not always mean it can be manufactured in a shorter time frame. Certain manufacturing processes need time. Design drawings to manufacture of machine moulds and custom branding require time to create and supply approvals before proceeding with full production of your custom designed promotional product.
