Edge to Edge UV Printing
UV printing lays ink directly onto the product’s surface, then instantly cures it with UV light for a tough, vibrant finish and sharp detail that won’t crack, flake or fade. It’s perfect for small-batch customisation across hard items like drinkware, packaging, tech cases and more.
The Process
Piezoelectric print heads get to work, jetting UV-curable ink directly onto your product with surgical precision. The ink sits right on top of the surface, so you get rich colour, crisp lines, and no bleeding (even on slick or unusual materials).
As the ink hits the surface, UV lamps trail behind each pass, instantly hardening and drying the design. This on-the-spot curing means no smudges, zero downtime, and a finish that’s ready to go the moment it’s done printing.

Artwork Requirements
- It is a requirement that artwork is supplied in vector outline format.
- We start by processing your artwork through RIP (Raster Image Processor) software. This is where we fine-tune colour profiles, define white ink layers, and calibrate resolution to match the substrate. It’s the techy magic that turns screen visuals into flawless, print-ready files.
