Yes, we brand the products we supply with your logo. We ensure the right branding method is applied to give you the best results possible.

Branding

Depending on the item/s selected there can be different lead times.

Local / Australian sourced (ex stock) – Can usually be ready for despatch in about 2-3 weeks from artwork / sample approval. If you need it sooner we will do our best to work within the time frame specified as some products can be dispatch as soon as 3 days after your artwork has been approved.

Offshore manufacture – 3-4 weeks via air freight depending on the product, Fully customised bespoke items delivered via sea freight 8 – 12 weeks.

Lead times are from artwork / sample approval.

Yes, as part of our standard process we always provide a detailed artwork proof for you to check and sign as approved to proceed before we brand products.

Yes, we keep your logo files on file for future reference.  We also keep your Brand Guidelines on file to ensure your branded merchandise reflects your Corporate Identity.

Each shade of colour has a unique PMS (Pantone Matching System) number. Each PMS colour is identified by a unique number, allowing designers and printers to match colours precisely without discrepancies. The system facilitates accurate communication of color choices and is widely used in branding, packaging, and product design to maintain brand consistency and visual integrity.

so each PMS colour will look the same when printed.

We have set minimum order quantities (MOQ) or value, the MOQ varies, it all depends on the item.  We are happy to assist with orders outside the MOQ where possible.  Contact us

No. All costs, if applicable, are included in the unit price quoted.

Yes, samples are available for most products on our website. This is to ensure you are happy with the product before placing an order and after receiving our quote. As we cannot hold samples of 40,000 products on our web site we may charge for the samples and shipping. We are happy to wavier the sample price once you place an order. The maximum is 3 of any one style or product. We reserve the right to refuse to send samples at our discretion. Contact us

We offer flexible warehousing options designed to meet our client’s varying needs.

Example - We hold stock for clients whose event has a specific “load in” day and time.  Goods are held in our warehouse and despatch to the event venue as required.

To adequately design products for you, we will need to know what type of product/s you are after (i.e. hats, stubby holders, polo shirts, plush toys, etc.) how many units you would like and a Vectorised version of the logo you wish for us to use.

We have a robust QC process that checks everything prior to dispatch.  For offshore customer made merchandise we are able to engage the services of QIMA a certified International QC Company.

We guarantee on-time despatch and will do everything in our control to ensure your goods are delivered promptly.  We contract freight companies with best reputation for on-time delivery, however, unforeseen delays caused by rare weather events, customs delays (if applicable) or other external factors beyond our control may cause delivery delays.

Our Branding Advisors, with extensive expertise in this area, work closely with the Branded Products® procurement team located in Shenzhen and DongGuan, China, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our global manufacturing network.

Yes. We are able to source products both locally and internationally.

We have full time staff based in 2 offices in China who source products for our clients. In addition, we have full unrestricted access to the USA and European supply network for products that are not available in Australia or cannot be sourced from China due the quantities required.

Yes, we have senior branding advisors located in Sydney and Brisbane who are happy to arrange a visit. Our branding advisors also travel interstate to visit clients.
