How is quality controlled from overseas?
Our team conducts quality checks at the factory before shipment. We won’t release an order that doesn’t meet our standards.
What if I need products quickly?
Factory Direct is best planned 8–12 weeks ahead. For urgent needs, we can look into air freight. Alternatively we recommend our locally stocked range which ships within days.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimums vary by product. Many Factory Direct items start from 50–100 units, though custom manufactured items may require higher quantities.
Can I get a sample before committing?
Yes — pre-production samples are available on request. Your Branding Advisor will discuss sample costs and timelines during quoting.
How does pricing compare to locally stocked?
Factory Direct is a lot more competitive on larger quantities. For small runs, our local range is still usually better value. We often see savings of 20%–50% for our clients.
Can you fully custom manufacture a product?
Absolutely. Our team can develop entirely new products from your brief — including custom shapes, packaging and materials.
